I led product development for the Chiara wood base, Chantal wood base, Chloe wood base and Canelle wood base collections. My responsibilities included 3D parametric surface modeling (Solidworks), rendering design iterations (KeyShot), prototyping (physical samples), 2D manufacturing drawings (Solidworks), BIFMA testing trials, manufacturing hand-offs, and marketing drawings.

The wood bases were developed after the initial launch of both guest and lounge chairs due to market trends for a softer look. The wood bases are made of solid wood: maple and walnut. The chairs are available in COM/COL and Bernhardt textiles. This product is made in Lenoir, NC and sold through Bernhardt Design.
